Cape Cod pasta sauce

- from post-Thanksgiving dinner in Wellfleet, MA, courtesy of friends of friends in the Modern House Trust!

Ingredients:

chopped parsley (a lot)
olive oil (also a lot)
anchovies
capers
hot pepper flakes
garlic, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Mix everything and put into pan. Heat and cook for about 15 minutes. Toss with pasta.
