Aioli

Ingredients:

olive oil
Dijon mustard
garlic
salt
little water
lemon juice
2 egg yolks

Instructions:

Blend 4 garlic cloves with mustard, then add egg yolks. When mixed, add olive oil little by little (a little less than 1 cup). Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, and a little water if you want it thinner.
